This bike exceeded my expectations! I have always ridden mountain bikes but since getting into triathlons I had been shopping around for a road bike for close to 9 months. I stumbled across Hearts bio bikes while simply doing a google search for “best road bikes”. I had never heard of this company so I read many reviews, none of which were negative! What really sold me on this bike was the simplicity of it - the solid yet singular bright color (I went with teal) with the black accents looked classy; Model H Tiagra.
Joseph was very sweet and amazing to work with. After placing my order he called to go over a few details and to make sure the size I ordered was right for my height. - Being 5’2” I bought the smallest size, the 48cm, and it is perfect. I can stop and put my feet on the ground without bruising any sensitive body parts.
The bike arrived within a week of placing the order ( I live in New England and it ships from California). Assembly is fairly easy, video instructions are on the website, tools are included, it is just the seat, handlebars, pedals, and front wheel that need to be put on. If you don’t have a bike stand to secure it to, I’d recommend having a second set of hands to help hold it still.
Now to the best part! This bike is light and fast! The craftsmanship is perfection. Shifting, braking, and the ride are so smooth, AND the saddle is soft and flexible enough that it does not feel like you’re sitting on a rock, which I love (because what’s the point of a rock-hard seat if you have to buy padded pants? - again, I have always ridden mountain bikes so that is an odd thing to me).
I am very pleased with my bike! Absolutely no complaints!

Love this bike! Relative newbie to the road bike from last summer, this was an upgrade from a vintage Trek 2120 carbon alloy bike. She’s an absolute beauty- sleek, fast and responsive, smooth shifting with a comfy seat once you break it in properly. I look forward to hitting the roads and trails with this lovely lady every day I possibly can. And Joseph is a breeze to work with- very responsive and going the extra mile to make sure you’re totally satisfied with your purchase. Buy this bike, you’ll be glad you did!
